Overview
English Rose Estates, a London based property developer have recently acquired Tower Street WC2.

Brief
Design an identity and brochure for Tower Street WC2. An exceptional new development of 22 spacious and luxurious apartments spread across six floors and 17,500 sq. ft and a separate house.

Solution
Designed a hard back, perfect bound brochure using metallic bronze inks and a suede effect book jacket with a debossed logo. The logo was created using architectural reference from the building.
