Design a responsive website to highlight the development’s pioneering approach to industrial distribution, integrating state-of-the-art technology with high-quality finishes, alongside local amenities and exceptional national and international connectivity.

The website was designed to convey a premium, contemporary aesthetic that reflects the high-end finishes of the development. It prioritised a sophisticated, intuitive user experience, utilising UX principles to ensure smooth navigation and effortless interaction. Imagery and icons played a central role in the design, carefully colour-corrected to align with the brand’s palette and maintain a cohesive visual identity.

A suite of modern, linear icons was created to reflect the development’s standout features and core USPs. Integrated throughout the marketing campaign, these icons helped to reinforce the brand identity, simplify messaging, and create a visually cohesive experience across digital and print.
