From renewables to carbon removal, the UK’s energy infrastructure is transforming at record speed. In a landscape defined by complexity and change, Newton cuts through the noise with a clear, objective source of truth. Working shoulder to shoulder with clients on site, they build capability, re-engineer critical processes, and embed new operating models at pace to turn ambition into action and deliver impact from the ground up.

The brief was to design a suite of assets for Newton’s Delivering the Energy Transition at Speed and Scale dinner and speaker event, developed in collaboration with the government’s mission to deliver clean power by 2030 using homegrown British energy. The work needed to reflect both the urgency of the challenge and Newton’s hands-on, outcomes-driven approach to turning ambition into action.

//Digital

A cohesive event identity was created in line with Newton’s brand guidelines, including a distinctive graphic language and logo mark using signature triangles to form a windmill motif referencing renewable energy. A dedicated microsite served as the event hub, combining bold visuals with clear navigation to communicate the clean energy transition, showcase speakers and themes, and support engagement in line with Newton’s outcomes-driven approach.

The event featured a bespoke menu design that complemented the existing Newton brand. When unfolded, the menu revealed the shape of the windmill motif, with a series of triangular shapes used to organise information, showcase images of Newton’s sustainable energy projects, and highlight the dishes being served. The design seamlessly combined visual storytelling with practical detail, reinforcing the energy theme while maintaining a clear, engaging layout.

 

//Social

Social posts were developed for Instagram to drive traffic to the microsite, generating interest ahead of the event. Afterward, follow-up content shared highlights from the day, including images and endorsements from the speakers, keeping the conversation alive and reinforcing the event’s impact.

//Event

A dedicated exhibition stand highlighted Newton’s role in advancing British energy, showcasing its contributions to the sustainable sector and the transition to a zero-carbon future. Through clear messaging and interactive visuals, the stand communicated the scale of Newton’s impact and its hands-on, outcomes-driven approach to shaping the UK’s energy landscape.

//Collateral

A suite of supporting collateral enhanced the attendee experience, including consistent signage for smooth wayfinding, customised table name cards, and branded lanyards. Thoughtfully chosen gifts such as hoodies, water bottles, and tote bags added practical value and lasting impact. All materials reflected the Newton brand and reinforced the event’s themes of sustainability, innovation, and engagement.
