Overview
English Rose Estates, a London based property developer, require a marketing brochure for a new development.

Brief
Design a logo and brochure to market Leven Wharf, a nine-storey residential apartment block overlooking the Thames.

Solution
Designed a logo which reflected a wave in water. The logo was then used as a flowing graphic device throughout the brochure. Foil blocking was used on the cover.
