Design Council.  

With a 68% decline in GCSE Design & Technology uptake, the Design Council is working to reverse the trend. Collaborating with designers and key stakeholders, they have produced the Blueprint for Renewal, outlining vital recommendations to government for reforming the subject.

Produce a brochure in line with Design Council guidelines that places clarity and accessibility at the forefront of the design. The goal is to transform detailed or technical information into content that is visually engaging, providing a seamless experience for readers while reinforcing the project’s values and objectives.

To offset the text-heavy content, infographics, maps and key data points were integrated into the brochure, helping to present complex information in a clear and engaging way. Alongside this, posters were created to reinforce the Blueprint for Renewal’s mission, centring children and their experience of the design and technology classroom.
