Canada Water is at the forefront of sustainable, large-scale regeneration in the UK. In collaboration with specialist partners, they’re shaping a place rooted in wellbeing and nature – climate-resilient, inclusive, and rich in diversity and opportunity – while working closely with the existing community.
British Land commissioned an ESG brochure to showcase the development and the sustainable measures implemented to achieve its climate goals. While adhering to existing brand and reporting guidelines, the design was pushed to present complex information in a clear, engaging, and contemporary way.
The brochure was created for both print and digital platforms, providing a unified and engaging experience. Sustainable, recycled uncoated stock was used for print, underscoring the project’s environmental credentials, while the digital format supported the clear communication of complex ESG information and extended its reach.
