111 Buckingham Palace Road has already secured its place as one of Victoria’s premier office destinations – and it’s now even better. An impressive arrival experience leads to the new Sky Lobby and café: a stylish, generous communal hub at the heart of the building, bringing together a vibrant business community directly above Victoria Station.

A fully integrated marketing campaign was developed for 111 Buckingham Palace Road on behalf of JLL and Cushman & Wakefield. Deliverables included a new identity, brochure, website, signage, and value-add merchandise, all designed to elevate the brand. The campaign centred on showcasing the refurbished interiors, office floor space, and local amenities, positioning the building as a unique and highly connected office opportunity.

The property marketing brochure was crafted as a premium, tactile piece that reflects the quality of 111 Buckingham Palace Road. Printed on high-end paper stock with metallic bronze inks, it delivers a refined, luxurious feel. The design makes deliberate use of white space to echo the openness of the refurbished interiors, while the number 111 is used as a recurring graphic device throughout. A stitched-in amenities mini guide adds both function and detail, showcasing the surrounding area and reinforcing the building’s prime Victoria location.

The responsive website presents 111 Buckingham Palace Road as a refined, contemporary office destination, using bold visuals and clear messaging to showcase the refurbished interiors, flexible floor space, and prime Victoria location. Designed to elevate the brand, it communicates the building’s quality, character, and connectivity at a glance.

//Signage & merchandise 

A considered signage strategy was implemented throughout the building, including exterior hanging banners printed double-sided on durable fabric to create strong visual impact. Branded merchandise, including tote bags and notepads, was also designed and produced to extend the identity beyond the space.
