Parkside Place is a residential development in Clapham, London, offering 3- and 5-bedroom homes just off Kings Avenue near Clapham Common. Located in a highly desirable area close to Brixton, Balham, and Tooting Commons, the development forms part of the wider regeneration of the Clapham Park neighbourhood.

The client required a name and visual identity to position Parkside Place as a premium development, emphasising its convenient transport links and access to Clapham’s amenities. The design was intended to convey the high-quality, prestigious nature of the homes.

The brochure was crafted on high-quality papers with premium print finishes to reflect the development’s luxury status. A carefully art-directed, bespoke photoshoot captured the character of the neighbourhood and its amenities, while modern typography and clean white space created a sophisticated, contemporary feel that perfectly complements the homes’ design and prestige.

//Digital

A fully responsive website was designed to complement the brochure and showcase the development. Image carousels highlighted the living spaces, gardens, and roof terraces, while interactive maps allowed users to explore nearby amenities, shops, and restaurants. Accessible floorplans and detailed specifications provided a seamless, engaging experience for prospective buyers.

To drive website traffic, the social media strategy focused on creating playful, engaging posts that showcased local attractions and nearby amenities. By capturing attention and encouraging viewers to linger on the content, each post guided audiences seamlessly to the website, turning engagement into measurable clicks and boosting interest in the development.

Large-format hoardings and adshells placed in high-footfall stations and streets brought the development to life, showcasing the brand and the exceptional quality of the living spaces. Bold visuals and clear messaging captured attention, enticing passersby to explore the homes further and visit the website to discover more.
