ManAlive is for men who are tired of feeling sluggish, out of shape, and stuck in a cycle of low energy and frustration. A practical way for men over 30 to get stronger, fitter and more confident – without gym culture or gimmicks.
The client sought support to build on an existing brand by developing a suite of marketing materials for prospective clients. This was to include a brochure pack, business cards, social media content, a microsite, infographics, posters, hoardings, and event graphics.

The brochure pack was created to showcase what ManAlive offers to prospective clients. It highlights the training programme, explains a simple, sustainable approach to nutrition for fat loss and strength building, and conveys the approachable, supportive community—welcoming all fitness levels. Infographics, photography, and stats bring the content to life, while sustainable papers give the finished piece a tactile, handcrafted feel.



//Social
Social posts combining striking photography with bold branding and direct, attention-grabbing headlines – paired with clear calls to action – drove increased user engagement and website traffic.

//Out of home
Large-format hoardings and posters with fixed leaflet dispensers were installed in prominent, high-footfall locations near gyms and at sporting venues such as rugby and football clubs. This activity increased awareness in the Watford and Radlett areas and led to a rise in enquiries.




//Events
A striking event stand was created to introduce ManAlive, highlight the training, and explain its nutrition programs. Short reportage videos, photography, eye-catching infographics, testimonials, and clear results stats engaged potential clients, encouraging them to pick up a brochure and sign up. The stand was fully portable, making it suitable for use at multiple events.
